first, not figure our how search forum without looking @ every entry 1 @ time. if repeat let me apologize front. joomla 2.5.27 php 5.4.22 front end contact list. i have 800 contacts. when use contact list component comes page 1. then select sort city , new sort first 20 contacts sorted citys starting "a". everything far right? now select second page of contacts while still being on sort city. oops sort reverts "by name" page page 2. if select sort city after going page 2 second page of city. let me try more concise. after switching sort city , selecting page two, have expected page 2 of of sorted city data. it consistent if on page 10 of sort name , select sort city, 10th page of sort city. i have several suggestions fix. first, add banner across top of list tells me getting, sort by, page etc. then able select sort by, , page number etc. allow me adjust values via drop down. so bought compaq/hp mini 311 , put ubuntu 11.04 on it. far works reasonably well, have big problem. started university , moved student accommodation, has high-speed internet access, cable only. inserted cable, , under options in wifi menu, found 2 ethernet connections. 1 auto eth0, , other 1 same name of accommodation. neither worked. computer tried connect, failed every time. none of flatmates had problems, except one. had set special proxy setting, , told me how it, didn't work me either. doing wrong or ethernet adaptor problem? there new drivers install or something? helping. by "wifi menu", mean networkmanager menu (which has other options vpn connections, 'enable networking',...etc), , connections mentioned shown under "wired network", right? if not, please post screenshot of saw them. if connections got listed automatically plugged-in cable , computer 'tried connect'

i have adobe premeire elements 11 , when import mp4 video extremely choppy in playback. how play smoothly? what operating system running?   what model of camcorder video coming , format , resolution it?   did use premiere elements' add media/from flip , camera (the video importer) video camcorder computer?   when go edit/project settings, general settings shown? when add video clips timeline in expert mode, there yellow lines along top of timeline? at first have question protostar default menu style. made menu in position-8(left) , want, 1 button in same line. in case in last line 2 buttons (because text short , there enough place 2 buttons). question is, it's possible move last button in new line? second question is, it's possible set align modules, example 'center' or 'right'? i have facebook module on right position , module narrower templates position-7. want align fb module 'center' of position-7. thank help. it seems not doing right here. the default menu quite , can move right position left position repositioning menu module. once have repositioned it, can add menu items going to: menus >> main menu >> add new menu item this ensure items in single lines , correctly vertically aligned. hope helps , when have done it, can post social icons. good luck. hi!   i'm music teacher using 3 cameras record our concerts. 1 song, third camera wasn't on @ beginning of performance, created two-camera multi-camera sequence inpoints, , added third camera timeline minute performance , have aligned, can't figure out how "insert" or "sync" or "nest" show third camera within multi-camera sequence.   sorry if stated somewhere else, couldn't seem find it. right click multicam sequence in bin , choose open in timeline.  add third camera there instead. i'm hobbyist programmer , have been several years now. when want store information program use (for example php login page), have usernames , passwods (hashed , salted of course) stored in text files , have php script iterate through entries in text file until finds match. have been told bad habit , should learn sql (which find extremely annoying due syntax). practice bad? worth limiting third party software used , effort? for simple username/password database, unless have millions of accounts, plain text file appropriate. how system accounts stored, example. sql more complex stuff, example imagine messages , user data of forum stored in text file!
