presentation stuck

i created presenter single powerpoint, , publish successful, when play result browser (i tested chrome, ie, , firefox), stuck on 2nd slide. there no animation or can think of should stop animation.

at first thought made mistake on slide transition setting in powerpoint file, of transitions set same http://screencast.com/t/manait0si8gm , i'm using ms powerpoint 2010 , 2013, both produce have same problem, it's not version issue.

 

i thought, oh i'll keep playing next module's content.

the subsequent contents working well, no stuck on transitions;

 

i thought, ah must there setting somewhere cause anomaly; "save as" ones working, , move content old 1 new one. , problem occur again.

 

i might have overlook something, can please or suggest something?

try changing format of images on slide. remove images on slide, 1 @ time, until slide plays correctly. save image jpg or gif image , re-insert it, presentation should play back.
