i got new canon camera, 60d , when converting cr2 file format dng format using latest 7.2 version of dng converter notice color change between original image (cr2 file) new dng file.  once open camera raw (version 4.6 cs3) color issues go away , if save jpeg color issue no longer problem if resave dng file dng file reverts color changed view in macos.  need concerned future use of raw files or display issue in macos , iphoto.  dng file shows color change in iphoto.  below 2 screen caps.   raw cr2 file straight camera   converted raw cr2 dng using dng converter   this issue appears occur in preview mode or in iphoto.    thanks,   nathan try changing camera’s color-profile settings srgb adobe rgb or adobe rgb srgb, switch opposite one, , see if previews closer new cr2 convert dngs.  theory preview in terms of camera color profile setting (srgb vs adobe rgb) , when image converted dng profile lost ios see, , defaulting wrong profile.    in end , matters how camera raw converts file.   a

i updated flash player 11.5, , had bad surprise of seeing videos watch on firefox or chrome skipping tons of frames, image changes every 1 or 2 seconds. principally happens on hd videos (which never had problem playing before), , sound doesn't stutter (though quality strange). videos on hdd alright. tried 11.5 on ie9, , don't have problem (but don't want switch browser). here tried: going 10.3, 11.1, each time following uninstall procedure described on official site. tried 11.6 beta, no avail. disabling , enabling hardware acceleration. disabling , enabling microsoft silverlight. testing wether it's flash player, html5 vid. results : html5 vids work great , smooth, non-html5 vids stutter. testing 11.5 on ie9. results: videos alright. which leads me believe problem surely flash player on firefox , chrome, have in common. this frustrating, can't wait html5 take on flash player on web.   i'm using firefox 18.0.1, on windows 7 64 bits. can provide dxdiag if ask, pos

might sound petty, 1 of biggest frustrations have waiting for lightroom something. if import, cannot minimise window whilst it's importing, lightroom controls pc. can't other task , have wait. if move, same thing. god forbid if backup catalog, because cancelling takes 5 minutes. assuming go ahead backup, cannot other tasks. then browsing folder in catalogue...all see dam spinning circle lightroom whatever heck while i'm waiting see image. zoom picture? yeah right...go , put kettle on whilst wait stop being blurred , infernal circle stop spinning. and masking dust bunnies biggest joke. once you've done 6 that's it, each 1 takes maybe 30 seconds complete. lightroom has turned waiting room! yeah i'm sure here intense frustration. , don't want hear if yours works fine. that's great, had car same yours , never broke down. when yours did musta been fault right?   when angry @ computer program because slow, and editing photos becomes chore, , bad tempered @ tho

alright, ill start beggining. gonna long comfortable... got computer friend linux mint 9. tried bunch of different things because wanted ipod touch 4g (4.2.1 jb'd), , roommates ipod nano 5th gen able sync on computer. not new computer not have xp disk, if came 1 is. partitions have nothing in them related windows either. after failing ubuntu 11.04 mint, decided instead try fedora 15, have running now. turns out fedora doesnt work devices either. went ahead , tried install 11.04 usb. lead me problem, fedora f****in liveusb-creator doesnt work whatsoever. result of problem, used virtualbox create desktop of linux mint 11 , got startupdisk creator work in that. got usb ready , rebooted usb problem else gets cant find volume blah blah blah. edited ui out of file says fixes problem , rebooted.it made start menu options install ubuntu, try ubuntu etc.. , took me command problem "help" prompt. pressed enter multiple times, nothing happened...

hello can please me?   i using above printer on canon photo paper plus glossy canon original inks. if let ps (cs6) manage profile , set printer driver colour correction none driver set driver matching setting straight away. result extremely saturated colours in areas.   if dont allow ps manage profile let driver automatically colour results better but... surely better have ps managing colour profiles. why keep changing setting please?   sorry if have not explained clearly.   trish that sounds bug in driver -- when application managing color, driver should disable it's color controls (and out of way). hi all, have started using lubuntu on netbook , want move lxpanel side of screen save valuable vertical space. everytime though get's messed this: how normal? hello phibreoptix. dialogue box want brought right clicking panel & selecting panel settings. need adjust appearance & geometry. set appearance solid colour (with opacity) & remove horizontal lines, may have fiddle colour until like, shading disappear. in geometry change width of panel liking. there helpful people on #lubuntu irc channel on freenode. hope helps & luck. p.s. may easier create new panel & add items manually. sure check menu icon image comes think different 1 default if create new panel. can find opening "menu settings" dialogue. hi..   i having problems flash project. at moment whole thing works need have never done before.   basically, user select page , project run, via actionscript 3.0 coding, sound file , display appropriate page within timeline. i have button once tapped return home page. i need return home page 10 secs after sound file has stopped keep function of button.   what do? i can provide coding using if required.   i using flash pro cs6 on win 7 pro pc. thank help   michael if need time happening have couple of choices of timer elements choose from.    the least complicated use settimeout() function , have call same function button uses.  need assign function's event argument null (as in:  function buttonfunctionname(evt:mouseevent=null) ).   another option use timer class.   both of these options documented in files if need find how use them. just installed elements 11 on new asus et2300 all-in-one windows 8.  resolution set @ recommended 1920x1080.  opened jpeg in elements , cropped image square, when hit print, see on print set-up screen (and prints) image part of top , bottom missing (although there small image in upper left corner looks intact).  tried setting computer resolution 1600x900 , image severely cropped on sides. how correct problem?  if choose 1 of other resolution options, guess might square or close it, assume effect results in viewing venues. i suggest read printed tutorial idea how crop image professionally:   < http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/getting-started/crop-photos.html >   good luck.
