just quick note on plesk servers, directory , file owner , group may assigned apache , apache. don't know why happens, it's happened me several times. the solution recursively reassign owner , group permissions correct settings. in plesk can view files subscription clicking file tab. you'll see apache apache files. i've noticed if extension upgrade fails "copy file failed" error, un-upgradable extension has apache apache owner/group. make note of correct owner , group rest of files. login server via ssh , cd site directory, "httpdocs" on plesk (making note of directory path, /var/www/vhosts/yourdomain.com/httpdocs on plesk). then enter following command @ prompt: code: select all chown -r ownername:groupname /path/to/directoryname assuming you've entered correct ownername:groupname in above, correct owner/group permissions , fix "copy file failed" problem! hope helpful someone. plesk worst platform run joomla website on. it's ful

earlier today uploaded files creative cloud. trying donload them on computer. when click on file in creative cloud gray screen underneath creative cloud header. result cannot download files. frustrating problem lackluster feature of creative cloud. this issue should resolved. if still experiencing problem please reply. hello, i have serious problem simple site based on joomla 3. after created website on local hosting (ubuntu server, nginx, mysql) have uploaded content hosting company. site working expected, after few successful logins (and logouts) super user start receive: the recent request denied because contained invalid security token. please refresh page , try again. after searching forums , solutions suggested various people found none of them can solve our problem. i deleted content , databases , after uploading again files , mysql database ok, had same issue in couple of days. local hosting working without problems. i wonder related setting in hosting (the company small , support awful)? problem noticed i appreciate suggestion how fix this. thank you. regards alex this error seems default when site not connecting database. when happens me, i've forgotten change database information in configuration.php. however, if intermittent you, seem mysql failing @ host level.

hi, i'm analyzing website crawling result google webmaster tools (gwt). i have several error 500 weird url like: code: select all http://www.mywebsite.com/component/content/?view=index&id=index&catid=45 or     http://www.mywebsite.com/component/content/2-uncategorised/189-yoga-pour-enfants.html?itemid=535 this not standard joomla url component/content appears after domain name. what source of such issues detected gwt ? thx. gwt check available links in source of pages. if not have seo/sef enabled, may come rss/atom feed or modules publishing links pages. if have seo/sef enabled, check third party components creating links.. don't support proper rewriting.. but google stop indexing them @ all... put disallow component in robots.txt... make sure component...
