hello, have xubuntu (xfce 4.6.1.3 meta-package) installed on top of ubuntu 10.04. know how have compiz fusion icon persist on reboots; , not have either tick or un-tick loose binding or indirect binding in compiz options, allow negative settings in compizconfig settings manager work? (right click compiz fusion icon -> compiz options -> tick either loose binding or indirect binding on or off make work). there persistent way configure this, able use key-bindings either on or off negative? have key-bindings. thank you. anyone? hi i new joomla , have done every diagnosis know of hoping bit more expertise myself, won't take much! the site running v3.4.1 , using k2 framework, hosted siteground, assume (!) no hosting issues. if click article within 2 different categories, same "404 category not found" error, however, these 2 categories set exact same way - have double checked, tripled checked , - rest of categories, none of have same problem. if disable sef url's , use url rewriting (under global config, seo settings), have no problems - clicking article links loads articles, no problem. problem being rather unsightly, unfriendly url's cause huge problem because site has gone live after converting joomla wordpress, maintaining @ least important url's between old , new site imperative, ought have seo settings enabled. i have checked error_log, nothing. files in 'logs' folder...nothing useful there either. debug stack:- code: select all category not found call stack    #      func

i have been trying in vain insert green screen video captivate presentation. used serif moviemaker5 export video ".mov" chroma key transparency. works great if want overlay .mov format file on video in other sw platforms, when run through "adobe media encoder" (ame), background ends black. importing captivate ends black box containing subject of video on top of slide.   i think i've tried every setting in ame no luck.   i've seen problem elswhere on adobe forums, haven't seen solution. why black background after encoding ame, , there setting have missed? need start different format...say .avi, output doesn't give me option transparent or alpha output. problem seens ame, don't know sure.   any ideas? i'm using captivate 5 , serif, moviemaker 5 editing sw. output seems work everywhere in ".mov" format, not when converted .f4v ame i don't know "serif movemaker", isn't possible export flv / f4v directly instead of .m

hi all i appreciate urgent matter. asked upgrade joomla 2.5 site. took backup of site using akeeba. tried upgrade joomla broke site. restored backup. problem is, lot of data has disappeared. site appears have reverted in 2013. date on backup zip file correct. have no idea this. on akeeba site there’s “unorthodox: emergency restoration procedure” article. however, problem isn’t relating prefix’s, , when tried manually import sql file, 4 tables showed up. i have tried performing backup on different server encountered errors. “application error… exception — layout main/default not found etc…“ i can assume db corrupted. maybe akeeba not configured in first place. still don’t understand why has reverted older version. before it…yeh…i should have tested backup before going ahead update, it’s done wandering if has suggestions? i’ve contacted hosting provider doubt have backup. think i’m in deep… thanks suggest have @ adminstrator/components/com_akeeba/backup. allows both full , incremental

hola, pues mi querida laptop acaba de pasar mejor vida y estoy en vías de adquirir una nueva, pero estoy muy indeciso por varias razones. me dedico hacer diseño multimedia y además toco música en vivo, por lo que necesito un buen procesador, suficiente ram y una tarjeta de video dedicada. excluyo de entrada cualquier modelo de dell y de hp, pues me han salido muuuy mal estas dos marcas. me gustaría comprarla meses sin intereses, pero tristemente aquí en méxico, en el mercado donde se ofrece esto lo mejor que se consiguen son macs, y si no usaré el osx no le veo el caso. ¿por que pongo esto aquí? me gustaría tener opiniones y además saber sobre las compatibilidades de hardware ¿qué procesadores, tarjetas de video y marcas recomiendan? desde luego, para utilizar con ubuntu y/o debian. en cuanto al presupuesto, estoy dispuesto invertir hasta unos 20 (lo malo es que no los tengo de contado:< ). ¡gracias! en méx

hallo zusammen, ich würde gerne folgendes einstellen. in der vollständige anzeige, nach dem klick auf "weiterlesen...", eines artikel, möchte ich alle details, wie autor, datum, zugriffe, etc. anzeigen. in allen blog-Übersichten darüber sollen diese details ausgeblendet werden. ich habe verstanden, dass die globalen optionen im artikel-manager konfiguriert werden, dies dürfte damit die oberste ebene sein. jetzt kann ich für jeden menüeintrag einstellen, ob anzeigen, verstecken oder global. ebenso geht dies für die kategorien. mein problem ist nun, dass alle artikel diversen kategorie-blogs zugeordnet sind und dort in Übersichten dargestellt werden. schalte ich für diese menüeinträge die anzeige von autor, datum, etc. aus ist sie auch ausgeschaltet, wenn der artikel geöffnet (weiterlesen..) wird. obwohl die globale option eigentlich ein wäre. d.h. die menüeinstellung schlägt quasi durch. um mein ziel zu erreichen, könnte ich jetzt in jedem einzelnen artikel, diese details wie

i'm in lot of trouble because site blank past header. trying figure out how add <head> , looking in "create overrides" in yoo theme , clicked thinking give me options. when saw override created(it didn't give me text change) closed without saving because thought wouldn't save change. looks did. , have no idea override was. know of way find out type of override made , how remove that? eternally grateful help. i'm upset , physically sick i've taken down our site stupid reason. can still login backend? in templates , see template set default.
