we have more or less 40 separate indesign files auto pagenumbers via master pages.   the separate indesign files have different number of pages , numbering of example , 1,2,3,4,5,6 / 1,2,3,4 , 1,2 , .. ..  (so each file have numbering @ same place (at top of design) count of pages of file) but when make book of files want add number of total pages. we make book of separate files numbering runs 1 instance 150 without changing separate indesign files. not want double indesign documents (one , without total number on master page) files files separately show there own numbering (at top) , not total number (at buttom) whenever make book.   how that? possible in indesign?   we can work sections don't want number on separate indesign files because these files used individual files , printed book , need total number of pages @ bottum of pages. the content of these files changes regularly. update indesign in book when needed. also possible count of pages individual files changes after updat

hello there, i trying add new user in back-end of joomla , gives me odd display front end. am using joomla 3.4.1<latest version> well, created new user back-end using administrator account. when try login new added username in frontend, doesn't take me homepage of website. it displays euthenticantion errors like: "the site down, please check soon, blah blah" so thought make further change in user's assigned user groups. the problem here. the "newuser" assigned "registered" , doesn't take "newuser" homepage. then, assigned "newuser" "superusers, manager , administrator". did login newuser powerful rights, took me homepage. why not allowing me assign newuser "registered". should work out right access. am missing here or what> i need quick clue of this, please.. thankz reading post , helping...d: hello once again, just here again tell managed overcome issue. thankz reading... regards,

hi   i'm new lightroom have watched tutorials on adobe site. imported photos going 2002 , have been reorganising them within lighroom. i've been organising in new 'year' folders, , moving photos , folders these new folders, i've been removing old folders. in lightroom have nice neat folders 2002-2009 on mac hard drive, , 2010-2013 in box sync folder (also on hard drive syncing box online). trouble is, moves haven't been reflected on mac itself. when in finder, folders broadly before started moving things. have done wrong?   thanks that because (likely) have files in folder of a) not lightroom readable or b) not lightroom aware (ie. haven't been imported).  lightroom won't rid of non-empty folder. when import eps files illustrator , indesign colors faded. instance, when open eps of client logo (that did not create, provided logo client) in illustrator color shows properly. however, when place logo design in file in illustrator, colors faded--completely different original eps. see attached screen shot--the logo on left original eps , logo on right in new file created, placed eps.   so far has happened 3 different logos 3 different clients. , never had problem until started using cs6. try work around it, re-installed cs4 , tried use again since never had problem software, it's happening in programs well.   i searched googles , haven't seen sounds problem. , tried calling adobe , huge waste of time…3 hours of life i'll never back. can or @ least point me in right direction?   i working on macbook pro, not sure other info might need.   More discussions in Creative Suites Macintosh adobe

i purchased new 27" imac. beautiful! updated system os 10.8.2  ran dsstandard cs6 installer , eveything went without glitch. when try start acrobat, programs unexpectedly quit before splash screen. have repaired permissions. any suggestions doing wrong? which adobe applications crashing?  did have trial version of software installed previously?  did migrate applications , or settings new imac? i've been using joomla since 2008, recall, , has been pain migrate 1 version another. site crashing, extensions getting lost, developers working on 2 different versions of same extensions , templates. when ritual going end, if going end? you know, rather use joomla wordpress, wordpress has advantage, it's 95% harder crash site when upgrading old version. makes me wonder why developers won't focus on making users lives easier on upgrading. worry safety, resources, user interface, script size, lot of things, never worry making stable on upgrading, or creating native extension can check against version of current extensions on upgrading. right i'm in documentation reading 4000+ characters text telling me should verify every single extension before upgrading. seriously, don't want leave joomla, , can't, cause pain migrate platform, look, has been 1 week since started upgrading website , still keep finding surprises (got lot of extensions), having reconfigure data on

hi all, i updated joomla! 3.4.0 stable 3.4.1 on sunday, , destroyed website. update had no errors. but after update, advanced module manager didn't work anymore. excluding modules appearing specific views of site wasn't possible more. also, of fonts changed font-style 'normal' 'obelique' after update. (i'm using jsn epic pro template (latest version) , latest version of advanced module manager.) fortunately, had complete backup friday install. i'm able reproduce problem on live site , on development system (debian wheezy), i'm unable find solution. any ideas? regards, stefan maybe temporary can disable module first, , waiting nonumber team release update related joomla! 3.4.1 released.
