slide show creation

i'm trying add audio slide show.  i've done before on computer no problem, it's telling me don't have correct compression files installed on computer.  not sure next.

what exact error message? can share screenshot?

does error happen right after choosing slideshow option or happen when try save/output it?

 

which version of pse , os have?
