Trouble With Vectors

i designed logo cousin's business , provided them file eps.

 

now companies make signs , t-shirts saying images not vector. new @ illustrator, trying find i've done wrong. said file looks though put in jpg , saved eps. not case @ all. image created strictly shapes , typeface. letters created font other l's roller skates designed using basic shapes. right-clicked on font , chose "create outlines."

 

what else doing wrong?

you're using pixelbased effects, converted pixels in eps.
