Thread: xorg.conf and video problems in 11.04

i have elonex webbook, has native screen resolution of 1024*600, , year or i've had i've used 9.04, 9.10, 10.04, without many problems.

have 11.04 can't manually change desktop panel size, seems usage of xorg.conf file has changed (it's no longer in /etc/x11/)

website webbookblog.com showed me how change panel size, last upgrade covered 9.10.

can tell me how need to use laptop? @ moment have use external monitor.

thanks!

the xorg.conf can used, not required in 10.10 or 11.04.

netbook uses via unichrome graphics & imagine problem driver not working/availalble 11.04.
explain current problem.

via unichrome is/was supported openchrome & closed via driver..it least supported video hardware in linux..
unichrome support has been dropped/removed in mesa recently..

can find driver package 10.04..
