Acrobat Pro Trial wiped out my licensed version of Acrobat Standard

i wanted convert pdf microsoft word because not find original word file. thought acrobat standard it, apparently not. online research told me download acrobat pro trial license, can convert pdfs word. worked great when trial license expired, discovered it's expensive buy pro license - upgrade standard.

 

now want go acrobat standard, pro trial uninstalled licensed version of standard , it's gone! licensed version came preinstalled on new laptop sony adobe bundle. have no physical disks or license number.

 

what mess! how can go had prior trial?

you need contact sony, if didn't include disk , serial number computer, , if didn't keep suitable backup. sony expect if hard drive failed , had replaced, example?
