Sony NXCAM and Premiere Pro CS 5.5.2 crash (Win7)

hello,

we got sony nxcam. shooting in sd (until next year!), it's not problem particular hd format. until got camera, we've been using panasonic p2s exclusively. our chief has had luck these sonys (admittedly editing in avchd mode , exporting dvd mostly), decided give 1 try news.

when first started using panasonic p2s, had bugger of time video clips coming premeiere in 1 stereo clip , needing split mono (because of how capture in field on cam mic nat sound, while attached mic actual interview audio - it's recorded same clip 1 side or another). during days of premeiere crashing every time tried adjust stereo audio gain (has been solved?). anyway, that's been solved , systems have been stable , working fine last two-three years aside occasional issue full disk drives (reporters never delete anything, arg, smash! ).

up month: have 1 reporter has been using sony , every time edits experiencing crashes when adjusts audio (gain, believe), of course reminds me of problem had panasonics , mxf wrapped mpeg2 clips. said, have same project settings bringing in sony's mpeg2 video tracks in mono, , have feeling needs change, i'm not sure how. has in how clips configured, can't figure out difference , more importantly need fix it. including screen shot of gspot info on file. we're using date drivers, , adobe updated lastest version , system has been working fine last 2 years, except 1 issue of late. not using sony software convert clips because don't have need shoot long clips, , join fine on timeline if do, or have far @ least. , native format sd mpeg2, precisely need. anyway, i'd love on if has ideas.

sorry bump this, it's falling way down below, , i'm hoping can give me insight on how solve problem. i've never had ppro give me issues dealing seems normal mpeg2 video. it's not mxf wrapped stuff panasonics, have thought have been breeze. appreciated.
