Create a form which only reports for only one type of answer to all questions?

i want create form pass or fail, , if answer fail has have comment. understand how set on form no problem, need adjusting response report reports failed answers comments. while here there way copy , paste whole question response answers (because answer types same) in web version of this?

you can filter view. there "funnel" icon on left side under toolbar. can setup filter show repsonses have non-blank comment.

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi i trying upgrade joomla 2.5.27 3.6. have checked requirements (i've upgraded site), purged cache , gone short term support, when click save & close told (as before) have latest joomla version - not offer me joomla 3.6 (or else). have suggestions please? thank you c you can download joomla 3.x update , install manually using joomla's extension installer. don't forget create backup before doing that.
