Thread: Ubuntu Restore App

i've been working on application allow ubuntu have restore ability. kind of inspired windows restore points. realize there other apps achieve this, felt doing own. idea create app restore ubuntu os way @ previous date, out having boot live cd.

far skilled programmer , knowledge of bash patchy thought i'd upload here rest of community fix, modify, , improve. have tested within virtual machine, , seem work is, still needs further testing.

ask make changes let me know did , why may learn it. modified versions here use.

mentioned i'm not programmer please kind.

### how ###
--> download linked archive.
--> extract archive.
--> inside folder extracted setup script.
--> run setup script (this should work double clicking clicking "run").
--> install app os (note! have not created uninstall script yet).
--> there should option in menu run it. if not in backup directory in chosen location, should "run.sh". run well.

### warning ###
while have tested in vm , confident safe use, not recommend using on actual setup yet until others have tested , worked on it. still far perfect , @ moment, should kept vm.
take no responsibility damage or loss of data incurred result of app.
