Why do I get the "this value would cause one or more objects to leave the pasteboard" message when p

i'm placing images bridge selecting image or images , going file>place>in indesign. loads cursor in id , attempt click , drag frame size image on page. that's when message.

 

placing images existing frames ok, , single click place works also. when click , drag create new frame.

 

this happens every time regardless of image size, resolution or root folder location.

 

any ideas? why id stuck click & drag?

 

imac 2.66ghz 8gb ram

osx 10.8.2

try trashing prefs. see replace preferences

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi i trying upgrade joomla 2.5.27 3.6. have checked requirements (i've upgraded site), purged cache , gone short term support, when click save & close told (as before) have latest joomla version - not offer me joomla 3.6 (or else). have suggestions please? thank you c you can download joomla 3.x update , install manually using joomla's extension installer. don't forget create backup before doing that.
