Creative Cloud Dreamweaver suddenly inaccessible. AAARGH.


i have adobe dreamweaver cs6 via creative cloud (paying $19.99/mo via automatic debits w/ 12-month commitment). i've been paying 4 months. last payment deducted bank account 7 days ago.

 

i had no trouble starting , using dreamweaver yesterday or day before, etc.

 

but tonight, not start.

 

first, suggests i'm not subscribed. click "try again" window appears after minute saying well, found subscription current, , press 'continue' use software. press 'continue'. might guess, end @ first window again.

 

this cycle repeats long i'm willing press buttons.

 

restarting doesn't help.

 

i found 2 xml-ish files on drive, generated adobe. 1 dated 1/29 , activation tag lists "serialized". same type of file generated on 2/1 (tonight) has "unlicensed" listed in activation tag.

 

i tried chat, , waited on 30 mins hear subscription valid (as explained opening statement in chat session), , told it's technical problem requiring call during business days , business hours.

 

this infuriating!! not offered sort of credit mean anything. (when raised issue, informed appropriate dept might credit period without access dw cs6 -- mean rebate of pennies, if tech support gets dw started me in morning.)

 

i feel powerless. , because made mistake of learning , using rather complicated dw template system -- fullest extent -- cannot update site using text editor , ftp application. aspects of dw template system can controlled via dw menu  -- specifically, modify > template > properties, if remember correctly. (i cannot open dw confirm menu command sequence.)

 

of course, shouldn't have resort simple text editor if don't want so, given i'm paying $19.99/mo dreamweaver access -- 24/7 (supposedly).

 

this not problem encounter if able purchase version of dreamweaver indefinite license.

 

i went cloud route 4 months ago because full html 5 support available in cloud version -- adobe had chosen not make latest , desirable update patch available people indefinite license. @ least @ time. still true??

 

please let me know latest version & build number available people pay full price indefinite license.

ps: i'm downloading new trial. don't know if i'll able install it.

 

pps: , if *must* uninstall + reininstall dw cs6, , re-download updates, , re-configure dreamweaver (including layout 2 monitors , work style, not mention other settings) absolutely go ballistic.

 

adobe, if listening, unacceptable. @ least, subscription service, tech support should 24 hours, 7 days & nights per week. , needs tech support.
