Unable to log in (deleting "OOBE" doesn't work)


hi,

 

i'm unable log in adobe muse , it's pretty urgent. whenever try to, error i-200 reference.

 

also, i've read few topics issue , tried deleting "oobe" (<yourusername>/library/application support/adobe), re-installing, etc. these "solutions" don't work in case. use mountain lion on macbook pro.

it's unusual deleting opm.db fail resolve error. 2 other known causes error relate muse being prevented accessing network, either local firewall or anti-virus software, or corporate firewall.

 

if send pdapp.log file found in:

 

mac: <user>/library/logs

windows: <username>\appdata\local\temp

 

to muse-support@adobe.com along link thread on forum, we'll take , see it provides more clues cause of error in case. thanks.
