Custom measurement scale does not save

hi, in photoshop extended (cs6), when set custom measurement scale , save/close file, scale information not retained after file reopenend. have experimented both .psd , .tif files. used able in cs3 without trouble!

as far can tell it's working in photoshop cs6 13.01.1 on windows 8 x 64 system both tif , psd files.

 

what operating system , version of photoshop cs6 using?

 

have applied latest updates within photoshop cs6: help>updates?

hi i trying upgrade joomla 2.5.27 3.6. have checked requirements (i've upgraded site), purged cache , gone short term support, when click save & close told (as before) have latest joomla version - not offer me joomla 3.6 (or else). have suggestions please? thank you c you can download joomla 3.x update , install manually using joomla's extension installer. don't forget create backup before doing that.
