Upgrading PHP before migrating from 2.5 -> 3.x - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

before upgrading joomla 2.5.28 joomla 3.3.6 had upgrade server php version 5.4. after upgrading new php version, message in front- , backend of website:
strict standards: declaration of jparameter::loadsetupfile() should compatible jregistry::loadsetupfile() in /home/factual/domains/factualhealth.com/public_html/libraries/joomla/html/parameter.php on line 512
somebody ideas solving before migrating 2.5 -> 3.x

php 5.4 displays these messages highlight differences best coding practices, code still work.
if not have access change php configuration in web server filter these type of warnings, can stop displaying them changing error reporting option in global configuration @ end, under 'server' 'system default' 'none'.
