Problems with photoshop CS6

where find frames in photoshop cs6 & how remove background images in photos ?

for frames go top menu , select windows animation panel. frames visible in panel.

 

to remove background, depend on type of background, solid colors black or white easiest. can use color range tool in selection menu. complex background, may need use selection tools, , depending on simpler of 2 need select foreground object or background. if choose foreground need invert selection selection menu.

if image on background layer (the layer says background , see lock symbol) need unlock layer dragging lock symbol trashcan.

now can either delete background or apply mask. in either case selected transparent. (if wrong part transparent, undo , invert selection) {to create mask selection, image layer selected find icon @ bottom of layers panel looks circle inside of square , click it. don't worry selection disappearing thats normal}

 

i highly recommend use mask instead of deleting background. makes image non-destructible in can @ later date change mind of fix if doesn't quite right. deleting pixels permanent.
