PowerPoint Backgrounds Disappear

maybe can clue me in on foible.

 

i import ppt slides. appears well. if play timeline in edit mode, after second, backgroundf disappears! slide image vanishes , slide turns white.

weird. never saw before.

 

cap project publishes ok. want tweak audio timing.

 

cap 6, ppt 2010. nothing speical slides...

1) items using in ppt?

2) adding audio in ppt or in captivate 6 after importing ppt?

3) try import ppt on new blank project , see if facing same issue.

 

let know status after process.

hi i trying upgrade joomla 2.5.27 3.6. have checked requirements (i've upgraded site), purged cache , gone short term support, when click save & close told (as before) have latest joomla version - not offer me joomla 3.6 (or else). have suggestions please? thank you c you can download joomla 3.x update , install manually using joomla's extension installer. don't forget create backup before doing that.
