Adobe Reader language pack mapping

hi all, use reader 10.1.4 in win7. pdf has many text labels in font type myriad pro.

i have pdf allows users select language of current page, english, simplified chinese, traditional chinese, korean , japanese.  text labels of different languages dynamically generated using scripts in variables.

initially, when change page english simplified chinese, should ask me download simplified chinese font pack. however, pdf pops warning , asks me download japanese language support pack. this:

by clicking on ok, opens jp pack download page (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4881) in web browser.

after downloading pack (it installs 2 files, kozgopr6n-medium , kozminpr6n-regular in reader dir/resource/cidfont), open pdf , select chinese again. time asks simplified chinese language support pack , take me page (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4883).

same thing happens when try select traditional chinese. pdf directs me download jp pack first, , second time direct cn pack download page.

if page switched korean, pdf directs me correct korean pack page.

i wonder why goes download jp, when need cn language pack. mapping between language of page , language pack downloaded adobe? there way correct kind of mis-mapping?

this critical issue, , client adamant on it. i’ll grateful if it. if indeed adobe reader issue, how can contact adobe technical support group?

all can think of chinese pages may contain japanese characters.
