can use windows installer , create disk use on computer?/ want install new clean os onto old clogged pc , old , slow takes long time thinking ill download onto pc , transfere...ive started windows nstall see theres option cd download wonder if ive got wrong 1

are wanting create windows install cd/usb, or ubuntu install cd/usb?
