i using photoshop cs6: tried on cs5 going through same process below little bit higher quality not original quality.   i open pdf, pops "import pdf" hit ok. edit pdf using marquee tool select area in pdf want delete. delete once area selected. save pdf using "save as...". set format pdf, hit "save". pops "save adobe pdf" hit "save pdf".   when print off original version of pdf compared edited 1 quality bit off. fills more space on paper also. first 1 darker , overall crisper. there missed when saving pdf keep same quality before edited it?   i'm thinking may able change quality in pop messages got don't want mess else up. until figure out, save .psd of edited .pdf.   you need match colorspace , color profile of both pdfs. open oriignal pdf in acorabt, and  view >> tools print production >> output preview. @ bottom see tranparency blending space, .pdf below rgb.     on size issue need see print settings both dou

we use creative suite cs6 on macs. (but not all) of our clients using pcs started reporting jpgs created them appeared heavily artifacted, saved @ extremely low quality. (screen grabs pcs confirm this.) when files sent these users perfect on mac. when clients attempt use these "suspect" jpgs on websites glitched. isn't email issue (same result using yousendit). , since pc-using clients not have problem, it's not strictly platform problem. haven't upgraded equipment or os since last time generated jpgs these same clients (without incident). has else had similar problem? ideas? don't know begin diagnose. adobe chat person vaguely suggested maybe hardware or software (duh). one word: flakey colo profiles. that's 3 words, cause of since affects hardware accelerated decoding of jpgs in windows well. have them reset graphics configuration, make sure on end clean , you're not emebdding bad profiles...   mylenium More discussions in Photoshop General Discu

hello,   we got sony nxcam. shooting in sd (until next year!), it's not problem particular hd format. until got camera, we've been using panasonic p2s exclusively. our chief has had luck these sonys (admittedly editing in avchd mode , exporting dvd mostly), decided give 1 try news.   when first started using panasonic p2s , had bugger of time video clips coming premeiere in 1 stereo clip , needing split mono (because of how capture in field on cam mic nat sound, while attached mic actual interview audio - it's recorded same clip 1 side or another). during days of premeiere crashing every time tried adjust stereo audio gain (has been solved?). anyway, that's been solved , systems have been stable , working fine last two-three years aside occasional issue full disk drives (reporters never delete anything, arg, smash! ).   up month: have 1 reporter has been using sony , every time edits experiencing crashes when adjusts audio (gain, believe), of course reminds me of probl

hi,   i downloaded framemaker 11 trial windows 7 computer, clicked install , installer initializing window displayed initialization completed.  expected display either license agreement or ask install - doesn't display keeps running pdapp process (that see in task manager).   any ideas?   i tried erase software packages , download new copy , got same phenomenon! since 2 weeks now, when open firefox 3.6, covers whole desktop. gets on ubuntu menu bar , task bar. also, when in form, firefox title bar off screen, not visible. checked bar settings , says on top of not case. how firefox behave or bug ? could firefox in fullscreen mode, try pressing f11 , see if helps.
