Form causes strange error

hi, have web form on site , on field, file attachment, causes error when form submitted: error: error occured during processing of credit card. (its translation german, might different in original).

 

but there no credit card data or payment stuff in form, simple form fields, except file attachment field.

 

can solve this?

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
