i created indesign cs6 document (334pg book) , used itc garamond bold document subheads. done paragraph style. after editing document missing font warning itc garamond bold. font activated on system using suitcase fusion 4. if create new document font available. both documents open. 1 shows font missing. on mac osx 10.6.8. ideas on fixing missing font error? why not obtain fontfingler or fontnuke , run these font cache burping utilities , see if problem goes away? installed in more 1 place? 1 of documents have document fonts subfolder , other doesn't? did maybe try export afflicted document idml, , turn around , re-open file?
