Elements 10: Runtime Error!

i've been using photoshop elements 10 year no problems , great satisfaction. when tried launch yesterday , today (several times both days) got message shown

 

 

 

runtime error!

this application has requested runtime terminate in unusual way.

please contact application's support team more information.

 

 

the program terminates.

try resetting editor preferences

 

hold down ctrl+shift+alt keys , simultaneously click on edit button on welcome screen. release 3 keys , behind welcome screen closing it. or hold down keys whilst double clicking on photoshopelementseditor.exe

 

you should see pop box words: delete adobe photoshop elements settings file?

 

click on yes

 

close down elements , re-open in normal way - wait whilst rebuilds preferences.

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi all, searched , saw nothing related it. did quickinstall of joomla 3.3.6. when goto site location in browser error in subject. server specs below. wrong in assuming should ok , if know of fix. php: 5.4.32 could double check php version? create (eg phpinfo.php) file on server containing code: select all <?php phpinfo(); and open file in browser (via eg www.example.com/phpinfo.php ) ? for safety reasons remove file server after double checking.
