i'm resolving issues i've found on website. have 3 queries @ moment , post them separately appropriate titles

1 of 3) need website verified can use google webmaster tools.
i got code google , instructions can't find admin page i'm supposed add code home page header

i have joomla 2.5.18 , unable contact person set site me

can tell me joomla menu etc step step need access can done?
i'm not geeky add blog posts website.

after register google, can upload 1 file html get. have it?

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
