List Contacts in Category; links to different menu module - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have 1 main category of contacts, "board of trustees", linked on 2 separate menus: "who are/board of trustees/board members" , "members/governance & budget/board member information" same menu type: "list contacts in category>board of trustees"

from members/governance & budget/board member information list when click on board members' name contact form link redirects "who are" menu section, not members section. have 2 menu modules set each section, , redirection members confusing.

i noticed when unpublished "who are/board of trustees/board members" link, members menu section correctly linked within members individual's contact form.

i cannot figure out why menu item under 1 section redirects different section of menu.

any insight appreciated!

currently routing implemented disregards active menu item. searches menu items , picks first 1 qualifies. unless want change routing com_contact there nothing can it.

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi all, searched , saw nothing related it. did quickinstall of joomla 3.3.6. when goto site location in browser error in subject. server specs below. wrong in assuming should ok , if know of fix. php: 5.4.32 could double check php version? create (eg phpinfo.php) file on server containing code: select all <?php phpinfo(); and open file in browser (via eg www.example.com/phpinfo.php ) ? for safety reasons remove file server after double checking.
