MAC CS5 - PC CS5.5 - MAC CS5 = crashing

a document created in mac cs5, packaged , sent pc cs5.5.  masters, styles (para, text, table, cell) created , exported indml. opened in mac cs5. formatting okay until images placed (ia, indd, pdf - under 2mb). document ready proofing. exporte pdf - crashed. after initial crash, every time indesign relaunched, crashed. @ point don't have information on mac. freelancer. computer pc cs5.5 (on-site) - client mac cs5 (off-site). don't want client seeing (on-site) pc being problem. appreciated.

this is, honestly, no way work. should both on same version.

 

that said, fact windows , client on mac not factor here if can crash reports , post them on pastebin.com link here, maybe can help.

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

uppercase letters in url - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello all, i in process of migrating joomla 2.5 1.5. 1 of categories in 1.5 version had capital letters in name. in joomla 2.5, uppercase letters in article/menu/category alias automatically converted lowercase. i tried changing menu alias in database, caused 404 error in category-blog page. i have been trying many days find solution, reason being many of pages category in 1.5 site have lots of facebook likes don't want lose. does work-around exist allow me manually change category/menu alias category blog page , articles have category name uppercase letters? any appreciated. thanks! you can 301 redirect uppercase urls lowercase.
