Photoshop asking for serial number when I have an active Creative Cloud subscription

i purchased year subscription creative cloud , when launch photoshop , click on license software, shows correct adobe id asks me serial number. how can fix this? on mac os x v. 10.8.2

if had beta version of photoshop cs6 want uninstall , reinstall through adobe application manager. long installed through adobe application manager should have click "license software" button , sign in adobe id.

 

there issue photoshop cs6 happening right in product reverts trial after 3rd or 4th launch, our engineering team addressing product update. i'm not sure if related or not.

 

we have document issue

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi all, searched , saw nothing related it. did quickinstall of joomla 3.3.6. when goto site location in browser error in subject. server specs below. wrong in assuming should ok , if know of fix. php: 5.4.32 could double check php version? create (eg phpinfo.php) file on server containing code: select all <?php phpinfo(); and open file in browser (via eg www.example.com/phpinfo.php ) ? for safety reasons remove file server after double checking.
