[solved] Locked out of Joomla Admin - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello all, complete newb here. first let me neither programmer nor web developer have been tasked setting intranet our organization. since far more fluent in windows linux/unix build joomla 3 site on windows server 2012 r2/ iis8. enabled ldap authentication , able allow user in ad login users. next task configure access different modules. had difficult time understanding access list thought had working should. when login admin page of joomla install white page , header allows me logout. i'm not sure begin recover since no longer have access admin console.

i found couple of questionable settings in fpa above.

system tmp writable: no

session path writable: no

these should writable. check file/folder read-write permission (in linux, files should chmod 755, folders 777).

the fpa seems indicate these @ correct settings except above (but may misinterpreting fpa information)

there may php errors causing (white screen typically indicates errors)

set (in configuration.php) below:

in php.ini file (if have access it) or perhaps hosting control panel has setting somewhere:

additional info - there doesn't seem setting safe_mode or magic_quotes - these php settings , should set off (change php.ini file should have settings these).
