Resetting a User's OPP password after lockout

how reset user's offline payment processing account has been locked because of issues password? reset offline payment password 2 weeks ago, cannot in process orders. there, time-length have wait beforehand?

there shouldn't time length password active right away. please continue password reset instructions per earlier response in other post can reset allow access once again.

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
