store for 2 countries

hi guys

 

i asked few days ago setting site facilitate 2 stores , said it's not possible. question let's have 1 website facilitating 2 countries. user chooses country on home page, selects products , when checking out order email sent specific country's admin person.

 

if possible why not 2 stores? want email going designated store manager, payment gateway 1 gateway.

this cannot accommodated because workflow assigned order cannot split. can't send e-mail out 1 out of 2 store managers if product bought, , other manager, different product. workflow unique, you'll end sending confirmation of single purchase both store managers
