Looking for an extension for voting - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,

i'm looking extension allows visitors vote.

i got website runs competition once year. visitors of site must able vote on favorite candidate in specific category (there multiple categories).

the structure this:

question 1
- candidate 1
- candidate 2
- candidate 3

question 2
- candidate 1
- candidate 2
- candidate 3

question 3
- candidate 1
- candidate 2
- candidate 3

input field e-mailaddress

submit (button)


i have spent couple of hours looking extension this, haven't found any. extensions seem act sort of contact form, , don't support voting.

does have suggestion extension? great if extension limits votes 1 per visitor.
