${flexlib} token not being expanded

i compiling module using:

 

@mxmlc -load-config+=mxmlc-config.xml -o=mymodule.swf

in mxmlc-config.xml have:

<include-libraries append="true">

            <library>${flexlib}\locale\pt_br\framework_rb.swc</library>

</include-libraries>

but the ${flexlib} token being taken '.' rather %flex_home%/frameworks directory. can't use custom tokens either:

+mycustomtoken=d:\path\to\flex-sdk

as ignored in mxmlc-config.xml file. can offer suggestion doing wrong?
