robohelp 9.02 has quit working

windows7, robohelp 9.02, word 2010

 

robohelp has quit working. have restarted machine , makes no difference. have clue?

ps  seems related specific project worked yesterday morning , afternoon had quit working. changed text.

it has quit working no matter project or one?

 

if one, try deleting cpd file , opening it.
