"Best" format for playback on PC and PS3 ...
i have home movie , need export format playback on pc , ps3 (among other exports blu-ray discs, intermediate mater file archive, etc.). movie 1080i, 29.97. in layman's view see 4 choices cover both platforms 1 file: 1) h.264 / .mp4, 2) h.264 blu-ray muxed / .m2t, 3) mpeg2 / .mpg, or 4) mpeg2 blu-ray muxed .m2t. maybe i'm misisng right choice altogether. resultant quality @ blu-ray. prior experiments , feedback struck me perhaps devices have easier time decoding mpeg2 (?). recommend?
here supported file types ps3 reference.
