Thread: 6 Drive RAID Help Please!

hi,

quite new ubuntu server/linux , need raid.

trying setup file server company , have 6 identical drives.

have 6 drive raid 10 setup hardware raid config allow max of 4 in array.

thought have 3 stripped arrays in mirror each other. i.e. 3 sets of 2 hardware, mirror them using software raid.

how go setting up?

just realised wrong way around.

regardless, have tried many different raid setups including raid6 , seems none of these work ubuntu server installation.

have tried 3 hardware stripes (from 6 drives), strung using software mirror, installation not install boot loader it.

not install onto standard hardware or software raid.

can please me!

2.5.28 to 3.4.1---Download of update package failed - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

went 2.3* whatever 2.5.28 same message.. had install via extension manager: install.. seemed work fine.. updated extensions , db.. tried run install again joomla! update module , download of update package failed message.. tried install extension manager: install. again , nothing.. don't seem have jommla_update.php file on server.. using godaddy plesk.. fun installed 3.4.1 on server using godaddy applications , worked fine.. i have seen server might out of space.. not issue here. permissions set correctly can tell. i new take easy on me.. any ideas? viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860 Board index Joomla! 3.x - Ask Support Questions Here Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 3.x

hi all, searched , saw nothing related it. did quickinstall of joomla 3.3.6. when goto site location in browser error in subject. server specs below. wrong in assuming should ok , if know of fix. php: 5.4.32 could double check php version? create (eg phpinfo.php) file on server containing code: select all <?php phpinfo(); and open file in browser (via eg www.example.com/phpinfo.php ) ? for safety reasons remove file server after double checking.
