Not able to push multicast stream from another network

i have flash media server located @ place  . pushing stream flash media live endcoder multicast application on internet works fine after multicast application cant publish stream , shows error .

 

 

registered multicast context: teststream-1
multicast netconnection status: netconnection.connect.failed, multicast context: teststream-1
multicast publish error: failed establish server-side netconnection use multicast netstream. status code: netconnection.connect.failed, description: , multicast context: teststream-1

 

if same thing computer in same network works fine . can view multicast stream in player .

 

is there settings need change in order make work on internet ? appreciate .    

hi,

 

you need check correct ports open. rootinstall/logs/edge.xx.log file shows on ports server listening. open udp 1935 , 19350-65535. if server located behind nat, specify public (outside nat) address in rootinstall/conf/_defaultroot_/adaptor.xml file in adaptor/rtmfp/core/hostportlist element.

Acrobat 8 Installation, and Activation from CS2 download page

after finding out disc acrobat 8 pro no longer usable downloaded (several times) adobe page legacy applications activation.  have consistantly received error message after start of "a serious error has been detected , adobe acrobat 8 professional cannot continue.  please reinstall application , try again."  have use application years on equipment, , windows 7 o/s without problems, lost hdd drive c: on , had rebuild.   i purchased acrobat xi upgrade thinking resolve problem, not recognize old s/n, nor s/n activation program adobe has going on.   does have thoughts? first, remove acrobat 8 completely:  http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/manually-remove-acrobat-8-windows.html (follow directions removing acrobat 8 pro .)   then reinstall acrobat 8 pro using serial number acrobat 8 pro.
