Why does Lightroom 4 tell me "...files could not be imported because they could not be read"?

why lightroom 4.3 tell me "the following files not imported because not read" when problem can't written target location?

 

the source files on cf card.  had no problem reading files , copying them hard drive outside of lightroom.

 

the problem the permissions on target directory on hard drive.  once fixed target permissions problem went away.

 

lightroom needs display more accurate error messages.

yes, does. error message confuses lots of people.

hi i trying upgrade joomla 2.5.27 3.6. have checked requirements (i've upgraded site), purged cache , gone short term support, when click save & close told (as before) have latest joomla version - not offer me joomla 3.6 (or else). have suggestions please? thank you c you can download joomla 3.x update , install manually using joomla's extension installer. don't forget create backup before doing that.
