Thread: Having display issues Please help

hello,

have lenovo w520 thinkpad.

i'm trying run dual monitors , i've read these 2 threads:

after running command "sudo apt-get --purge remove xserver-xorg-video-nouveau" no longer have display when boot normally.

i'm running in low graphics recovery mode right now.

using additional drivers menu, did install nvidia accelerated graphics driver, telling me driver installed not in use.

when try open nvidia xserver settings, error message :

"you not appear using nvidia x driver. please edit x configuration file (just run `nvidia-xconfig` root), , restart x server."

after running through steps find doesn't me.

can please me!

isn't optimus laptop?

Joomla! Update is not offering Joomla 3 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi i trying upgrade joomla 2.5.27 3.6. have checked requirements (i've upgraded site), purged cache , gone short term support, when click save & close told (as before) have latest joomla version - not offer me joomla 3.6 (or else). have suggestions please? thank you c you can download joomla 3.x update , install manually using joomla's extension installer. don't forget create backup before doing that.
