new flash player 11 update doesn't work with internet explorer 8

i have windows 7 , ie 8. home desktop computer.

when latest update of flashplayer 11.5.502.146 automatically installed on jan 9, ie8 stopped working. can navigate site, freezes. can not click toolbar or other buttons or links--i can not close ie--i have use task manager. if disable flashplayer, ie works fine, of course no content can displayed. if go site , enable flashplayer, can't click on again, doesn't work. help. newest update not work ie8?

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
