Finding Font Roll Over CSS and Favicon Question - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello everyone,
fast 2 questions.
1. how find css font have edit? there many css documents attached template? it's roll on css element.
2. why doesn't favicon work after uploaded joomla files through filezilla? shows in uppermost tab not in url tab.
thank help.

1. browser have called 'developer tools' lets highlight parts of website , show code controlling it, including css files styling it.
2. clear browser's cache. fix issue.

CS6でファイルが開けません

Scrollability in divs or text boxes
