Uninstalled bunlde not getting re-installed

i came across problem today if manually hit delete on bundle in osgi console, , try reinstall dropping install folder, not reinstalled.

 

if rename bundle jar example jdbc.jar jdbc2.jar (anything other old name) , drop same install folder, reinstalls.

 

same true bundle built inside crxde lite, if uninstall bundle jar console, rebuilding bundle not reinstall it.

 

any idea causing this? , how avoid it.

can please check if cq logging log when add jar install folder?  also, version of cq using?
