Strange Blue Border Around Scrollpane

hi , have weired problem scrollpane

 

when run project , there no borders around scrollpane in normal mode , hover mode

 

but when click on scrollbar blue border comes around scrollbar

 

i try edit skin , change color , style in many ways no success @

 

i try add script :

 

scrollpane.setstyle("borderstyle","none"); 

 

but nothing changed

 

can me please ...

i don't know if involved or not try using:

 

      scrollpane.focusrect = false;
