Adding custom text to a built-in Joomla module - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i add custom text snippet bottom of latest articles modules... along lines of telling visitors sign our rss feed.

i add short text wrapped in p tags after closing ul tag in
modules/mod_articles_latest/tmpl/default.php

my questions is:
i have make custom edit every time update newest version of joomla. i'm fine that, can custom override don't have change every time? if so, how that?

you need use custom html module can positioned anywhere on page using module map must have come template.

to use this, go to:

extensions >> module manager >> new

now select cusom html

now can trype whatever want in editor window , save it.

this can positioned on page want without doing on again.
