[SOLVED] Site fails to load in all browsers (single user) - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,
i've got weird situation. have client running joomla 2.5.28. having trouble accessing site browser on machine in home. asked me try , able access site no problem , seems functioning correctly.

this problem appeared when working on blog , trying add photo it. logged in , found had been logged frontend of site twice. logged out, deleted photo had uploaded, cleared cache , checked in. checked .htaccess file , nothing in had been changed. info in what's standard plus redirects other domain names , media types.

as far can tell nothing has been changed on site. working on blog post when happened , knowledge there no other unusual things before happened.

i did research , found known issue chrome (though think older versions) experiencing ie , ff on 2 separate machines. appears not issue related joomla.

she can access other websites no problem.

any ideas on issue since having trouble accessing , can see fine? issue isp or possibly router? if so, cause issue while working on site? 2 things think of have connections trouble experiencing. did state reset router/modem , rebooted desktop no avail.

i'm not finding helpful given circumstances ideas of try appreciated.

i saw site ok, maybe check extension block ip , check client's ip.
or check error javascript conflict firebug.
