New purchase of ExportPDF failed
i purchased exportpdf online tonight, unable access it. when sign in, tells me there no more documents download on "free trial." must have signed in free trial @ point, won't recognize new subscription. how can work?

i don't show paid subscription exportpdf associated @unm.edu adobe id. if subscribed service using different adobe id, try logging in id?
