Locked Page Guides

i can not adjust header length, footer, bottom of page etc. locked guides under view not ticked. help!

you can adjust header , footer master page , not content pages.

if unable adjust bottom of page/browser page, please check if issue particular file or files?

you can try creating new test website , check if works there or not.
