BrowserLab not working, giving me a DreamweaverConnection Error 3691 ?
i've been using adobe browserlab since in beta, , web developer, love it. today, however, getting unusual , persistent error message across multiple browsers, , hoping shed light on subject? @ point, cannot use browserlab. refuses work.
after logging in, , after "loading" message goes away, presented usual browserlab interface. select two-up view (my personal favorite), , after entering url , clicking refresh button, presented message says "you don't have browser sets defined. please click browser sets menu item , create 1 or more."
first, strange because have browser sets defined. so, go browser sets menu, select of browsers wish add new browser list, when click "add new browser set" button, nothing happens... nothing @ all. no new browser sets defined.
so, figured glitch , signed out, signed in. upon signing in, presented following error message: "dreamweaverconnection error: typeerror: error # 3691" (screenshot attached)
after dismissing error, still unable define browser sets or use browserlab.
i've duplicated error on both safari version 6.0.2 , firefox version 18.0.1 (both running on 2011 27" 3.2ghz quad core imac)
i not use dreamweaver, nor connect browserlab through it. of browser testing via browserlab.adobe.com
i've restarted browsers, , still have issue. i've restarted machine, , still have these issues.
please advise.
